Accountant

General:

§ Assists in preparation of journal entries, payment vouchers and accounts finalization;

§ Reconciliation of Trade & General suppliers statement for all division;

§ Reviewing various lease agreements & prepare PDCs. As well the calculation of monthly TOR (Turn over rents) for the specified location;

§ Ensuring smooth payments for Utilities, Telecom & Insurance bills;

§ Recording of Fixed assets from FA Modules & schedule the depreciation;

§ Assisting on reconciliation & recording of LC, SBLC, CIL, Loan schedules & Interest payments;

§ Supports in monitoring the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls and procedures;

§ Coordination with bank on document requirements, or any kind of technical issues;

§ Preparation of reports and entries as per Senior accountant's instruction and all other responsibility during his absence;

§ Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements;

§ Monitor the deposits of all cash receipts when required or instructed;

§ Preparing monthly Royalty calculation/payments to the different brand’s Franchisor.

§ Assisting in preparing monthly financial report;

§ Preparing all audit requirements;

§ Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions;

§ Other tasks as assigned by Sr. Accountant/Chief Accountant.

Specific:

§ System updating and posting;

§ Filling of all kind of vouchers, dispatching & archiving after audit period;

§ Assisting on VAT or any other tax payments;

§ Posting of transactions related to purchases or general expenses;

§ Petty cash handling and safe custody of cash;

§ Releasing of petty cash, collection of bill and reconciliation;

§ Petty cash liquidation report preparation and verification;

§ Posting of entry in ERP;

§ Encashment of cheques and releasing amount to the concerned parties;

§ Stock Audit and cash Audit as and when required or instructed;

§ Follow up receivables and payables;

Assist in the finalization of year end audit.
