Job Description:

• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Managing payroll and expense tracking
• Consulting with management on financial strategy
• Managing cash flow
• Reviewing contracts
• Using accounting software to manage financial data
• Record keeping: Accurately recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, to present the company's financial position.
• Tax management: Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Developing and monitoring budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
• Auditing: Performing internal audits and cooperating with external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction or profit enhancement.
