Qualifications
- B.Com Graduates or M.Com Postgraduates.
- Fresh B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM graduates are also eligible to apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in Financial Accounting.
- Proficiency in Zoho and Tally.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile all daily cash and online transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of all purchases, including materials, supplies, and services related to the property.
- Track and record daily, weekly, and monthly expenses for the property.
- Manage the property’s petty cash fund, ensuring proper utilization and timely replenishment.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly financial reports, including income, expenses, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including timely payment of property taxes, service taxes, and other applicable levies.
- Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and other related regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a detailed ledger of property maintenance costs, utility bills, and other related expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Track property assets such as equipment, furniture, and appliances, and assist in maintaining their depreciation records.
- Implement effective financial controls to minimize risks such as theft, fraud, or misuse of funds.
- Accurately record regular maintenance and repair expenses.
- Assist in preparing and submitting financial documents for audits and tax filings.
- Maintain accurate petty cash records and receipts for all minor expenses.
- Prepare and submit expense reports with complete documentation and necessary approvals.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize wastage and ensure timely restocking based on property requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of guest payments, advance bookings, and refunds (if applicable).
