JOB DESCRIPTION

● Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally

or ERP system.

● Handle purchase and sales entries, expense vouchers, bank

entries, and journal entries.

● Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

● Assist in reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and

ledger balances.

● Maintain petty cash and prepare daily cash report.

● Support monthly GST, TDS, and other statutory return

preparations.

● File and organize accounting documents for easy retrieval.

● Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as

required.

● Assist in preparing financial reports and data summaries.

Required Skills:

● Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting

software.

● Good understanding of journal entries, GST, TDS, and invoice

handling.

● Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
