Position: Accountant

Location: Karachi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collections, and account reconciliations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis and insightful recommendations.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving any queries.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies, including tax filings and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA, CA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
