Salary: QAR 3,500 – 4,000 (based on experience)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant to join our finance team and support our ongoing growth.

Job Summary:

The Accountant will play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, inventory tracking, sales reconciliation, and financial reporting. This position is essential for ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial aspects of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile daily sales from POS systems and prepare related reports
• Monitor and manage inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Process payroll and coordinate tax filings and reporting
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Support year-end audits and coordinate with external accountants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability
• Understanding of inventory management and retail financial practices
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
