Accountant

Addicted Auto Care is hiring a bilingual Arabic and English speaking professional to join our team as an Accountant. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting month-end reporting for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile daily sales transactions (cash, card, and online payments)
• Issue invoices/receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
• Maintain organized filing of invoices, receipts, supplier documents, and payment records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable (supplier payments, customer balances, follow-ups)
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial summaries (sales, expenses, petty cash)
• Maintain petty cash log and ensure accurate tracking of expenditures
• Support payroll coordination and staff expense claims (if required)
• Assist with VAT documentation and compliance (filing support / records preparation)
• Coordinate with management and external accountant/auditor for reporting and documentation
• Support procurement documentation by matching POs, invoices, and delivery notes

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in an accounting / bookkeeping role (automotive or service industry is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting processes (accounting software experience is a plus)
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: Full time – 6 days per week (exact timings to be discussed)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
