Job Title: Accountant cum Admin

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to handle daily accounting, payroll coordination, documentation, and administrative support for our Kuwait operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record cash and bank collections in SAP
• Coordinate cash and cheque bank deposits
• Perform customer reconciliation and provide statements
• Handle petty cash and related SAP entries
• Prepare payroll, salary distribution, incentives, leave salary, and gratuity
• Process purchase landing cost entries and invoice approvals
• Conduct bank reconciliation and online transfers to Head Office
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with HO Accountant and HR

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
• 2–5 years relevant experience
• SAP knowledge is mandatory
• Strong understanding of payroll, reconciliation, and banking processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
