Work location - Dubai Healthcare City area

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping - Update accounts weekly, including uploading sales, bills, and performing reconciliations using Quickbooks accounting system
  • Utility Monthly Bills - Monitor utility bills and ensure timely payments
  • HR Administrative Support - Monitor and update leave balances for all staff. Supervise monitoring of staff document validity (passports, visas, licenses) Support visa processing requirements as needed. Apply and manage health insurance coverage for all staff.
  • Tax & Compliance - Prepare and file VAT returns on a quarterly basis Maintain proper VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. Pay tax payable if necessary
  • Petty Cash Supervision - Verify that all petty cash disbursements are supported with complete and accurate documentation, including receipts, invoices, approval forms, and purpose of expense.
  • Profit & Loss Report cash basis - Prepare a monthly P&L report for budget requisition
  • Company Licenses Renewal or Application Ensure timely preparation, submission, and follow-up of all company license applications and renewals, including trade licenses, facility permits, and regulatory approvals, to maintain full compliance with government and legal requirements.
  • Employee Reimbursement Claims Verification and Request - Verify and validate employee reimbursement claims by checking supporting documents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing timely requests for approval and processing.
  • Other Duties - Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the supervisor or management.
