Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, property-related transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to real estate activities
  • Record and reconcile property sales, leases, commissions, and rental income
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and client accounts
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit preparations
  • Maintain proper documentation of contracts, payments, and financial records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of real estate financial transactions and reporting
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar)
  • Good understanding of VAT and local financial regulations
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
