We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and support the financial operations of our contracting and transport business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor project costs and expenses related to contracting projects.
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and collection from clients.
  • Process supplier and subcontractor payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and financial inspections.
  • Track fuel, vehicle maintenance, and operational costs for transport fleet.
  • Coordinate with management regarding financial performance and cost control.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years accounting experience, preferably in construction, contracting, or transport companies in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Odoo).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
