Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to manage all accounting functions and support warehouse and stock operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial management, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare comprehensive financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and intercompany accounts.
• Prepare and file taxes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance.
• Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls.
• Prepare detailed management reports, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support year-end closing and external audit processes.
• Maintain accurate fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Assist in HR, payroll, and employee record management when required.
• Assist in resolving legal, compliance, or regulatory matters as required.
• Work professionally and take initiative as needed to support the company.

Warehouse & Stock Management:

• Oversee inventory, stock movements, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper recording of goods received, issued, and returned in Odoo.
• Perform regular stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor stock valuation and cost adjustments in the accounting system.

ERP & System Management:

• Utilize Odoo ERP for accounting, stock, and reporting tasks.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper integration between accounting and warehouse modules.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and automation in Odoo.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
