Job Overview
Vidi EV is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and support financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, handling vehicle-related financial transactions, managing inventory costing, and ensuring reliable financial reporting to support smooth business operations in the automobile and EV sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records of sales, purchases, and expenses
- Manage financial transactions related to automobile and electric vehicle operations
- Oversee vehicle inventory costing and stock valuation records
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other financial documentation
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger records
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for vehicle operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (automobile or trading industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, inventory accounting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good understanding of sales and purchase cycles in trading or automotive businesses
