Job Summary:
Responsible for managing company accounts, financial reporting, VAT compliance, payroll, and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
- Handle UAE VAT calculations and VAT return submissions
- Process payroll through WPS and manage EOSB
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and project costs
- Track project costs and expenses.
- Assist in cost analysis and profitability reports.
- Coordinate with project managers on budgets and variations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years experience in construction, MEP, HVAC, or engineering preferred
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
