Accountant & Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant with relevant experience in financial analysis, customer management, and industry-specific accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems, proficiency in reconciliation and reporting, and hands-on experience with Odoo or other SaaS-related accounting/ERP software.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications such as ACCA/CPA are an advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, including VAT compliance, filing, and reporting requirements.
• Solid background in customer management and industry-specific financial workflows.
• Expertise in bank reconciliation, account management, and maintaining accurate financial ledgers.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP and/or other SaaS-based financial/accounting systems.
• Ability to conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis activities.
• Manage customer accounts, track outstanding payments, and support credit control.
• Generate financial statements and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
• Utilize Odoo ERP and related SaaS accounting tools to streamline reporting, automation, and accuracy.
