We are looking for an Accountant cum Office Admin with the ability to handle company accounts independently along with general office coordination

Key Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and expenses
  • Handle VAT filing and basic compliance
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain records
  • Coordinate with management for payments and budgeting
  • Attend calls, emails, and manage front desk
  • Handle documentation and filing
  • Support daily office coordination and admin tasks
  • Assist team with scheduling and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of accounting software and Excel
  • Experience in construction / fitout company preferred
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
