Accountant & Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations, documents, and office coordination
  • Handle accounting tasks including transactions, invoicing, expense tracking, and VAT compliance
  • Support recruitment and hiring processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
  • Manage PRO-related tasks such as visas, permits, and government documentation
  • Maintain and update website data, content, and product listings
  • Support HR functions and general office operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in admin and accounting roles, with VAT knowledge preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or accounting software
  • Good communication skills in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,999.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
