Accountant / Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper

We’re Hiring: Offshore Accountant & Admin Support

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented offshore Accountant & Administrative Support professional to join our growing team.

This is a remote role ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable handling both financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting:

  • Bookkeeping and data entry (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks)
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Accounts payable & receivable management
  • Invoice processing and expense tracking
  • Assisting with monthly reports and financial documentation

Administrative Support:

  • Email and calendar management
  • Document preparation and file organisation
  • Data entry and database management
  • Customer/client coordination and follow-ups
  • General virtual assistant tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping and admin support
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Xero preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Australian businesses
  • Understanding of basic Australian tax or compliance requirements
  • Prior remote/offshore role experience
