Accountant / Billing Officer

Job Description

We are seeking an Accountant / Billing Office with adequate experience to work independently and with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will report to the Manager.

The successful candidate will work in Lahore, Pakistan.

The role includes and is not limited to:

  • Working with accounting software such as XERO
  • Working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Working with Accounts Receivable Software
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring invoices are issued on time and payment is collected and recorded.

Requirements for the Job:

  • Experience with accounts
  • University qualification in accounting
  • Team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience as an accountant.
  • Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • A strong working knowledge of accountant software.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • High attention to detail with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Completed a degree in accounting.
