ACCOUNTANT AND PURCHASE MANAGER

India

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management:
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies for cost optimization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors for favorable pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock to avoid shortages or excesses.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services by coordinating with suppliers.

Financial Management:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
  • Reconcile financial statements and prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with financial audits and maintain comprehensive financial records.
  • Collaborate with the finance department on budgets, forecasts, and financial strategy.

Collaboration and Compliance:

  • Work with internal departments to understand their procurement and inventory needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain positive and long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
