Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salik & traffic fine downloading, verification, and allocation
- Generate invoices and send Statements of Accounts to clients
- Handle receivables/collectionsRecord client receipts and issue manual receipts when required
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash position and collection reports
- Handle fuel cost booking, Darb/Salik allocations, and issue CN/DN
- Manage petty cash and POS Z reportsCreate and maintain client master data
- Coordinate with sales, and the department, and software support teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a car rental company
- Strong knowledge of Salik, Darb, traffic fines allocation & vehicle-related invoicing
- Good understanding of accounting processes and documentation
- Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
