Accountant - CMA/CPA/ACCA certified- Remote work- KSA

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant (Remote work -KSA ) to manage the end‑to‑end accounting function of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong financial controls across real estate development and contracting operations.

This role also supports financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting, with a strong focus on project‑based accounting.- (CMA / CPA / ACCA Certified candidates only

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Record Keeping

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions including payments, receipts, petty cash, and bank transfers
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, customer invoices, and payroll entries
• Reconcile payroll‑related GL accounts and analyze payroll variances
• Ensure accurate and timely posting in the accounting system

Account Reconciliation & Cash Management

• Perform monthly bank and GL reconciliations
• Manage Post‑Dated Cheques (PDCs), returned cheques, and follow‑ups
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity
• Maintain control over bank guarantees, performance bonds, and retention

Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze project costs, revenues, and profitability
• Provide management reports and financial insights

Tax, Audit, Risk & Compliance

• Prepare VAT and tax filings in compliance with KSA regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate financial risks

Process Improvement & Internal Controls

• Continuously improve accounting processes
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity.

Requirements:

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Mandatory professional certification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Mandatory experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, progress billing, retention, and bank guarantees
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Yardi, or similar)
• Strong understanding of UAE / KSA tax and regulatory requirements.

Language

Strong Proficiency in English and Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to E£40,000.00 per month
