Service Advisor Requirements:
- Relevant Experience in the automotive field minimum of 2 years.
- A basic understanding of automobile technology and the automobile industry.
- Prepare and maintain financial statement and report
- Handle daily bookkeeping , journey entries and reconciliation
- Manage account payable to supplier
- Assist with payroll and expense for monthly and quarterly
- Basic customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
- Promptness in receiving/greeting customers, understand their needs.
- Proper inventory of customer’s vehicle and record customers’ requirements.
- Updating customer data base.
- Re-confirm the Job requirements/Repair details/cost involved/delivery time etc.
- Ensure legible and clear job advice and create job card.
- Ensure job cards are closed on time
- Receive customer, explain jobs carried out and charges, ensure payment and deliver the vehicle.
- Attend customer queries promptly.
- Ensure the pending job cards to be closed within the time limit.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Automobile or Accounting.
- Minimum 2 experience of account field
- Excellent attention to details and organizations skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer handling & negotiation skills.
Languages:
- English (Must)
- Hindi
- Knowledge of additional languages are advantageous (Arabic, etc.)
