Accountant cum Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Accountant cum Procurement manager to join our team . This unique role combines accounting responsibilities with procurement tasks to support our financial operations and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Duties:
  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense management.
  • Procurement Duties:
  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
  • Manage purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to forecast supply needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or procurement, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
