Profile - Accountant

Qualification - B.Com / M.COM

Experience - Min. 5+ yrs. in Export / Manufacturing Industry (must knowledge of ERP , SAP ) (English language is mandatory)

Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and expectations.

Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide tailored solutions.

Monitor account performance and develop strategies for account growth and retention. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.

Coordinate with customs brokers and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Prepare export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).

Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients on delivery status. Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets for export markets.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential markets.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose strategic initiatives.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payment collections from clients.

Manage account budgets and ensure profitability.

Handle currency exchange transactions and evaluate pricing strategies for international markets.

NOTE: Candidates with a consistent job tenure are preferred. (Not too many job changes).
