Accountant (F&B)

Job description:

We’re looking for a meticulous Accountant to join our multi-concept hospitality team, supporting financial operations across our chocolate lab, flower boutique, and coffee shop. If you thrive in creative environments and understand the importance of compliance, accuracy, and teamwork—this role is for you.

Location: Al Ain

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file VAT returns in full compliance with UAE regulations
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, sales, and operational expenses
• Support inventory tracking and cost analysis for chocolate and flower production
• Coordinate payroll, staff expenses, and supplier payments
• Assist in preparing financial reports for internal use and investor review
• Ensure audit readiness and proactive financial documentation

Preferred Experience:

• Accounting background in hospitality, food production, or boutique retail
• Hands-on experience with chocolate labs, flower boutiques, or coffee shops is a
• strong plus
• Familiarity with UAE VAT systems and documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple concepts
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus
• Ready to grow with a dynamic team and take on broader responsibilities
• More prefer for Immediate joiner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
