Key Responsibilities

· Daily Transactions: Process invoices, payments (AP/AR), receipts, petty cash, and daily sales.

· Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.

· Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, profit/loss statements, and management reports.

· Payroll: Support the processing of monthly staff payroll.

· Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and UAE tax regulations (VAT).

· Audits: Liaise with internal/external auditors and provide necessary documentation.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate computerized accounting systems and files.
