Accountant / Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper

Position Overview:
The Accountant / Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling bookkeeping, and maintaining smooth financial operations. The role requires hands-on QuickBooks experience, strong accounting skills, and the flexibility to work at different client sites within Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online for assigned clients
• Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and issue monthly invoices to clients/customers
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Prepare daily bank reconciliation statements
• Work on-site at different client locations within Lahore as required
• Liaise with Advisors Deck Head Office for updates and reporting
• Provide regular financial reports to both clients and firm management

Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory – Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These):

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in a firm environment)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BBA (Hons)/ M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ACCA
• Experience in bookkeeping for multiple clients at once
• Knowledge of other cloud accounting tools will be an advantage

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) – must have hands-on working experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles & financial reporting

• Strong communication skills for client and internal liaison
• Willingness to travel within Lahore for client site work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
