Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of real estate and construction finance. The role involves managing financial operations, preparing reports, ensuring GST/TDS compliance, and supporting project-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage general ledger entries for real estate projects
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable for property transactions and vendor contracts
• Reconcile bank statements, escrow accounts, and loan schedules
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for real estate projects
• Track project costs, draw schedules, and capital expenditures
• Ensure GST, TDS, and RERA compliance with timely filings
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams
• Support documentation for financing, investor reporting, and due diligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 5–6 years of accounting experience in real estate/construction preferred
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST & TDS compliance
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Experience:

• Real estate developers or construction firms
• Exposure to UP-RERA or similar frameworks
• Cost accounting and construction finance knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
