Accountant – Real Estate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–4 years of experience in the Qatar real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, property-related transactions, and local financial regulations. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations and general ledger entries

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable

  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

  • Manage rental income tracking and tenant accounts

  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies

  • Coordinate with auditors when required






Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience in Qatar (real estate sector preferred)

  • Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems

  • Strong knowledge of VAT and local compliance requirements

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Immediate joiner preferred
