Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions using Zoho Books.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
  • Assist in VAT filing, audits, and financial documentation
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· At least 1 year of accounting experience in Holiday Homes.

· Minimum of 2 years total work experience in the UAE

· At least 4 years of experience using Zoho Books

· Must include minimum 2 years of Zoho Books experience in the UAE

· At least 1 year of accounting experience in a Real Estate company

· Strong understanding of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations

· High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

· Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate accounting and property-related transactions
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
