Accountant – Travel Agency / OTA Platform

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing Online Travel Agency (OTA) platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping.
• Reconcile sales, bank accounts, payment gateways, and supplier payments.
• Handle invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process customer refunds and monitor commissions, fees, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure tax compliance and support audits.
• Work closely with management on financial planning and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Travel agency/OTA experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
