Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Collaborate with auditors and assist during audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Proven experience as an accountant, auditor, or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of payroll and tax preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accountant/Finace: 3 years (Preferred)
