Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Collaborate with auditors and assist during audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
- Proven experience as an accountant, auditor, or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of payroll and tax preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
