Accounting Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and or perform all aspects of the accounting functions of manufacturing business.
  • Handling CEO’s requests and projects appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the owner, team members and alone, to perform all financial tasks associated with running a business from taxes to bank reporting.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence and handling these appropriately
  • Perform executive assistant tasks from proper filling to putting together bids and contracts
  • Perform human resource duties
  • Be proactive in tracking and meeting the governmental rules, regulations and reporting requirements and compliance
  • Keep detailed documentation of events including first reports and employment verification
  • Efficiently and diplomatically direct other employees to reach their maximum success
  • Accurately perform the smallest task to the largest with composure
  • Assisting with quarterly and yearly projects
  • Filing, scanning, faxing, copying and data entry
  • Backup support for six office staff

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or senior executive assistant position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
