Job Overview

Sparking Asia is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, taxation matters, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting.

This role requires someone who is organized, responsible, and capable of handling confidential financial data with accuracy and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management

• Maintain accurate daily financial records and bookkeeping
• Perform daily entries in QuickBooks accounting system
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
• Maintain cash flow records and expense tracking

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage employee salary processing and tax deductions
• Handle employee tax matters and payroll compliance
• Prepare and file quarterly withholding tax returns
• Prepare and submit annual income tax returns
• Ensure compliance with FBR and other regulatory authorities
• Maintain proper documentation of all tax filings

Banking & Coordination

• Liaise with banks for transactions, statements, and financial matters
• Handle banking documentation and company financial correspondence
• Assist in financial audits and regulatory reviews

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain proper financial documentation and record management
• Monitor company expenses and budget allocations
• Support management with financial planning and analysis
• Ensure financial confidentiality and data security
• Provide financial reports to management when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Sound knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures
• Experience in payroll processing and employee tax matters
• Understanding of quarterly withholding and annual tax return filing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with corporate tax matters
• Knowledge of financial audit processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
