Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00

Job Description We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations. This role focuses on internal data preparation, financial system management, and ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date. We are looking for a candidate with a foundational background in finance or accounting who is logical, adaptable, and highly open to learning new processes. Extensive prior experience is not required, but a foundational understanding of basic tax policies and financial regulations is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial operations and ensure internal accounting systems are updated and accurate.
• Track, organize, and verify daily corporate expenses, including office supplies, employee expense reports, facility rent, and utility bills.
• Gather and process internal financial documents, such as invoices and receipts, ensuring everything is properly categorized.
• Support the billing process by tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Review financial data and reports to identify and resolve calculation or input errors.
• Apply basic tax and policy knowledge to ensure our internal documentation complies with standard regulations.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for compliance and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of tax regulations and general corporate financial policies.
• A strong willingness and openness to learn new calculations, systems, and operational processes.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strict focus on accuracy.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation systematically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and general comfort with learning new software.
