Job Summary
AMG Publicidad LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day financial operations. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting in financial reporting, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting systems
- Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and reimbursements
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable aging
- Support payroll processing and related documentation
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Assist in audits by providing required financial data and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in advertising, media, or marketing industry is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Knowledge of VAT regulations (Qatar or GCC region)
- Ability to handle fast-paced agency environment
