Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial affairs, with at least 5 years of team management experience
• Expertise in tax regulations, declarations, and statutory obligations
• Skilled in managing collection processes while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, with the ability to deliver accurate, reliable, and timely data to senior management
• Proven leadership with experience in workforce planning, task allocation, process monitoring, and team motivation
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and results-oriented capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Adaptable to change and capable of leading the team through transformation
• Proficient in MS Office and Logo ERP, with strong knowledge of digital financial reporting tools

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage the accounting team, plan workflows, and ensure effective execution of processes
• Oversee regular collection processes
• Monitor daily cash flow, plan accordingly, and coordinate banking transactions
• Ensure that all accounting records and tax declarations are prepared accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulations
• Provide complete and timely financial data to senior management, the Reporting Department, and meet ad-hoc reporting needs
• Prepare statutory financial statements in a transparent, structured, and analyzable manner, and provide monthly reports
• Drive systematic improvements in accounting processes and implement new practices aligned with the company’s growth objectives
