We are looking for a "Accounting Manager" teammates in İstanbul to join the Zoomlion family.

Report to: HQ financial team & Subsidiary GM

Job scope: to manage and handle all financial transactions of the company related to cash management, financial statement report, company taxation, external Audit, internal control, and SAP.

The objectives of the job:

Organize the financial department routine work, ensure the monthly\yearly financial closing job on time, no delay submission for reporting to headquarter

Keep the financial transaction is under local compliance and internal control, ensure no penalty related to tax issue

Keep the good communication with external auditor, ensure no delay to get the unqualified audit report 1

Job Responsibilities

1-) To assist manager to organize the financial department routine work, ensure the monthly \yearly financial closing job on time ，to prepare and submission monthly financial report on schedule time to Headquarter and ensure the accurate & correctness of financial report

2-) To review and set up accounting financial standards in SAP.To monitor the accounting review journal entries, reconciliation, and variance explanation。Ensuring all accounting transaction are performed correctly on time

3-) To review and set up Financial and Accounting procedure &policy ,To organize, training and prepare SOP(standard operation manual)

4-) To a manage daily operation in finance ,accounting ,cash flow, and tax filled. Ensure the related treatment is under local compliance

5-) To review monthly and annual tax report .to review the E-ledger declaration ,make sure no penalty related to tax issue and meet the requirement of tax compliance

6-) To ensure appropriate financial control

7-) To Cooperate with external auditors to carry out the annual external audit process

8-) Monitoring Important operation index,Revenue AR，Inventory,AP ,funds FX,Cash flow..

9-) Other issues assigned by HQ financial team

Job Requirements

1-) Personnel competency: Leadership. Good Organization and coordination ability,

2-) Self starter & teamwork person.

3-) Able to work accurately and under pressure

4-) Education Background：Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management

5-) Minimum5 years experience on Finance,Accounting &Tax filed Preferably have heavy equipment sales company working experience

6-) Having the Accounting qualifications(CPA preferred )

7-) Familiar with local tax law&regulation

8-) Familiar with SAP accounting software

9-) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or English with ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
