Duties

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting, account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and journal entries.
• Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements, reports, and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness, including balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow analysis.
• Manage regulatory reporting obligations
• Utilize advanced accounting software such as PeopleSoft, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Quicken, or similar platforms to optimize financial workflows.
• Conduct internal controls assessments related to SOX compliance; implement process improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities with detailed account analysis and financial acumen.

Requirements .

• Strong background in account reconciliation, journal entries, balance sheet management, audit support and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
• Effective mentoring skills with a passion for developing team members’ professional capabilities.

Pay: $63,771.15 - $76,799.67 per year
