Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets – Campbell, CA

Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets is seeking a highly analytical accounting manager to perform our company’s financial operations.

This role will own the bookkeeping and financial reporting processes while also being responsible for business administrative functions.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

· Own and execute monthly close and reporting

· Produce accurate and timely financials

· Perform monthly reconciliation and inventory processes

Bookkeeping Operations

· Accounts payable and vendor payment processes including net terms agreements

· Responsible for collections of deposit & final payment

· Manage accrual and recurring business payments in Quickbooks online

Business Administration

· Support operational reporting (A/R, job costing, etc) and prepare bi-weekly payroll

· Oversee company registrations & compliance requirements

· Create relationships with insurance, benefit and other financial service vendors

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field

· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

· Experience with QuickBooks online & understanding of inventory accounting

Compensation

· Salary - $100-$130k

· Competitive benefits package

· Monday – Friday, flexible schedule

· In office, potential for hybrid schedule over time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
