Role Overview:
Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Systems Specialist with strong expertise in financial management and advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leveraging enterprise tools to streamline reporting and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and payroll.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Utilize ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Ariba, Zoho Books) for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, HR, operations) to align financial data with business performance.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally in oil & gas, EPC, or industrial sectors.

Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Ariba, and Zoho Books.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience with project-based accounting in engineering or service industries.
- Familiarity with VAT, tax filing, and financial compliance in UAE.
