Job Summary

The Accounts & Admin Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, administrative, and coordination activities related to joinery workshop and project operations, ensuring accurate financial records, smooth office administration, and compliance with company procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (cash, bank, journal, petty cash)
  • Prepare purchase vouchers, sales invoices, and expense records
  • Handle supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation
  • Monitor customer invoices, receivables, and follow-up for payments
  • Maintain payroll records, overtime, and staff-related payments
  • Assist in monthly closing, trial balance, and basic financial reports
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audits when required

Administration Responsibilities

  • Handle office administration and documentation
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and timesheets
  • Coordinate with workshop and site teams for manpower records
  • Manage company licenses, permits, insurance, and renewals
  • Handle petty cash and office expenses
  • Prepare letters, emails, and internal reports

Joinery / Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with production and project teams for material invoices and delivery notes
  • Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery challans, and GRNs
  • Track job-wise costs related to joinery projects
  • Support project managers with documentation and cost tracking
  • Maintain filing system for drawings, contracts, and approvals

Experience:

0-1 year UAE experience (freshers can apply)
