Position Overview

Gilani Mobility is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Admin to join our team in a remote capacity. The Accounts Admin will handle key financial and administrative tasks, including managing invoices, payments, and reconciliations, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role requires experience with Xero accounting software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work according to Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, monitor, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable effectively.
  • Assign and reconcile batch payments for affiliates and partners.
  • Track due dates and promptly alert the assigned person about pending or overdue payments.
  • Ensure commissions and other financial obligations are processed on time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero software.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or errors to the supervisor.
  • Perform financial calculations accurately and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels for financial reconciliation and assist in preparing reports for reorders.
  • Provide remote administrative and accounting support to the finance team as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Proven experience with Xero accounting software (essential).
  • Willing to begin part-time (few days per week) with potential to progress to full-time (5–6 days per week).
  • Must be able to work in alignment with Australian business hours.
  • Strong command of English (reading, writing, and communication).
  • Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
