(a) TO maintain all files of the office and take them on his personal charge. (b) To prepare statements, returns and other information relating to establishments a s directed. (c) To be functionally responsible to the office clk of the department/ section. (d) To maintain all ledgers and registers of the department/ office. (e) To prepare documentations as directed by concerned office supdt. (f) To be well versed with MS Office incl MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. (g) To have qualification as graduate, English medium and should be well versed with English language & knowledge of Tally. (h) He is in good health condition and free from all life style disease and maintain high personal hygiene standard. (j) The manpower outsourced should be good behavior. If individuals are found indisci plined/ intoxicated or misbehave on/ off duty with superior, he will be terminated from his duty within 10 days of reporting of indiscipline matter, for which service provider i s liable to provide suitable relief.
