We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Admin to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
  • Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and staff reimbursements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Help prepare tax returns and assist with tax filings.
  • Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve queries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in payroll processing and related records.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance support role.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • AAT qualification or currently studying towards one is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
