Job Title: Accounts and Admin Officer
Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Logix Solutions is seeking a dedicated Accounts and Admin Officer to manage accounting, tax matters and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial record keeping.
- Handle tax-related matters, including preparation of tax invoices.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely procurement of office supplies.
- Support administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and manage external administrative tasks, including visits to banks, government offices, and vendors.
- Assist in handling construction-related documentation, including:
· BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
· Pay orders
· Tender documents and submissions
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management for both financial and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and invoicing procedures.
- Must have own conveyance.
