Accounts and Finance Officer

The Accounts and Finance Officer will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with the daily financial operations of IZOC Solutions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and organized, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry in the accounting system
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including verifying invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and generating client invoices
• Prepare and process journal entries and assist in the monthly closing process
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with budget preparation and analysis
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules
• Support the Finance Manager in ad hoc projects and other finance-related tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
