Accounts (AR/AP) Specialist

Job Summary
This role supports the finance team by handling day-to-day accounts receivable and payable activities. The position requires accuracy, good organizational skills and the ability to work across various accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Review, verify and maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
• Prepare and assist in internal financial reports as required.
• Support the automation of routine tasks within the accounting system to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for payment follow-ups, invoice clarifications and related financial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum).
• 2–3 years of solid experience in AR/AP functions.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (ERP/Tally/Odoo).
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time-management skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
