Accounts Assistant & Admin (Part-Time, Onsite)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant & Admin to work part-time onsite. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting software and be able to manage both accounting and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Accounts:

  • Enter client invoices in Hisaab.pk ERP
  • Record expenses and payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Generate simple daily/weekly reports

Admin:

  • Manage office files, records, and documentation
  • Handle basic correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
  • Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination
  • Support management with scheduling and meeting arrangements
  • Perform day-to-day clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Experience with Hisaab.pk or other ERP/accounting software (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Work Hours:

  • 4 to 5 hours per day (Morning or Afternoon, onsite)
